We recently purchased a Khov home and the entire experience has been so great! The customer service is superior and our home is unique and beautiful! We were so impressed by the entire home buying process and are so glad we went with Khov!

In addition to the HOA approval delays and utter ignorance, you held a get together for residents on a Saturday about a month ago at our clubhouse and myself and another neighbor weren’t invited! Pretty awful when we have to find out from the neighbors after it was over. I am signed up for every seascape alert, emails etc but that email/notification seemed to miss us. They are awful and that would be a reason for me not to recommend this community

I am extremely grateful to have moved to the Cloverdale community in Houston TX. Not only do I enjoy being able to call it home but more importantly I’m enjoying the way the house is built. Our community is still being built but I must commend the building team. They are very respectful and considerate as they work and are always willing to help and support me. Thank you

I have purchased a new construction townhouse with K. Hovnanian® Homes. I am extremely pleased with my home buying experience and also with post-closing customer care. It was my first time buying from a builder directly, and i was impressed with the whole process. I had a team on my side: from builder to mortgage company that led me each step of the process. I love the design, finishing choices and quality of my townhouse. I would buy again from K. Hovnanian® Homes! Highly recommend.

Other than the regular stress that comes with buying a home in this economy, K. Hov was amazing. We were so impressed with their communication from the very beginning all the way through to the time we closed on our home. Susan (our sales rep) was so fantastic, and made our numerous visits to the model home pleasant (we went alot). Both of the construction managers were amazing, down to earth and always willing to answer our questions. We had a few minor issues after we moved in (which is to be expected), and K. Hov responded immediately, sent tech's out and followed up to make sure the issue ...

My experience with Khov at Liberty Hill Farms has been a positive one from the start. The sales team are super friendly and informative. I was walked through every step with Khov Mortgage team and supporting staff. It made the overwhelming process of buying a new home much easier due to everyone’s support. The warranty department has been responsive to all my questions in a quick manner. Love my home and the neighborhood. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience!

This is hopefully the last home my wife, Gaye, and I will buy. We have been married almost 46 years and this is our eighth house. These have all been new construction homes. Good experience. Good deal. Good people. Nice house.

The warranty department has been doing a good job on fixing items for my new home. Most of the issues were minors and they fixed these items quickly, and to make sure they operate properly. Alvaro has been coordinating and supporting me to make sure the issues will be fixed.

U may experience constructions around the areas can be annoying but overall the community is pretty great/ new homes/ safe/clean/ great landscaping/friendly neighbors

I was skeptical at first since I’ve purchased homes from Ryan homes, Stanley Martin, etc and they all had some major issues during inspection. I’ve also never heard of Khov until recently. We really liked the size and layout of the Khov townhome compared to a lot of townhomes that are built narrower and taller (to maximize the cost for space). They had a quick move-in home available at a pretty good price compared to other new construction townhomes. When we went through inspection, the inspection report showed pretty much no issues and they put things like “dust” to even make some sort of ...

Experience was much smoother than anticipated. Design staff was great and patient - taking their time to explain all options. Building manager, John, was fantastic. Very helpful and always positive - providing updated information every week or whenever contacted. Any issues were presented immediately and he always had a solution.
